LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was hospitalized after being shot in Louisville's Parkland neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a report of a shooting a little before 4 p.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of Hale Avenue, said department spokesperson Adam Sears.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man who had been shot in the chest and rendered aid, Sears said.
The man was transported to UofL Hospital with injuries that do not seem to be life threatening.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating, but have no suspects.
