LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Taylor county woman is being charged with murder after her 6-month-old daughter was found dead in February.
Campbellsville Police arrested Haley Fisher, 24, was arrested in February and charged with manslaughter, wanton endangerment, criminal abuse of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In court on Tuesday, a not guilty plea was entered on Fisher's behalf on the murder charge. She will be back in court in June.Â
In February, investigators said they got a call about a baby that wasn't breathing at a home on Anna Court. The coroner said the child died after being neglected and malnourished.
Police said that Fisher admitted to smoking meth around the baby and her two sons aged 1 and 3, who were placed in state custody. Her younger son tested positive for meth during a check up.
Fisher is now charged with murder and criminal abuse of a child.
