LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man died in a single-vehicle crash in the Park Hill neighborhood on Sunday, according to Louisville Metro Police.

LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to a crash in the 2300 block of Wilson Avenue at 11 a.m. Police said a man was driving eastbound on Wilson Avenue and lost control of his vehicle.

The car crashed into three homes, causing structural damage to the buildings. The driver died at the scene.

Mitchell said speeding was a factor in the crash. No one else was injured.

LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
