Tree falls on car near Taylorsville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- No serious injuries were reported after a tree fell on a vehicle in Taylorsville early Monday. 

It happened in the 400 block of Little Union Road, according to a post on the Taylorsville-Spencer County Fire Protection District's Facebook page. 

The driver managed to get out of the vehicle before fire crews from the district arrived at the scene. 

The Spencer County Sheriff’s Office, State Highway Department, joined Taylorsville-Spencer County fire crews in responding to the scene.
