LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville private school is putting STEM in the spotlight with a new multi-million dollar project.
Sacred Heart Schools announced the Ursuline Environmental Education Program and Innovation STEM Center, according to our partners at Business First.
The 6,000-square-foot center will be focused around science, technology, engineering and mathematics to enhance environmental education on campus.
It'll include an energy monitoring system, compost bins, a green house, 3D printers and more.
The project will cost around $5 million and be located in the former Ursuline Sisters of Louisville Laundry Building on Lexington Road.
