LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two non-profits focused on helping the elderly will join forces. It was announced Tuesday that ElderServe and GuardiaCare Service would merge.
Company leader say it makes financial sense and will give families a "one stop shop" for support.
The change is expected before June 30, 2016.
The merged organization will keep the ElderServe name.
