LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A confirmed tornado Sunday night heavily damaged an apartment complex in Newburgh, Indiana.
According to WFIE, severe weather swept through the area and left damage and debris at an apartment complex.
Submitted viewer photos show downed trees, damaged structures and vehicles.
In a social media post, Indiana State Police said troopers were "responding to a major tornado incident" in the Park Place Drive area of Newburgh. They completed their response a few hours later and said troopers would remain on patrol through the Evansville district.
No major injuries have been reported.
