LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Phones, TVs and radios may all go off at 2 p.m. Wednesday, but don't be alarmed: The Federal Emergency Management Agency is testing its national emergency alert systems.
It will only last a minute.
An emergency alert test will be sent to people who opted in to get text messages.
FEMA said it's just part of regular testing, and this test has been in the works for more than a year.
