LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Starting Monday, Louisville food trucks are being graded just like free-standing restaurants.

Each food truck in Jefferson County will be required to display a sign showing the results of the health department's last inspection.

The public should see the cards with letter grades of "A," "B," or "C" appearing on the food trucks over the next several months, as food inspectors make their rounds.

If food trucks don't pass, they'll be required to give the health department their locations for the next 10 days, so inspectors can locate the truck for follow-up inspections.

Like stationary restaurants, food trucks will be required to have a certified food manager on duty.
