LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new luxury apartment complex is coming to the Hurstbourne area of Louisville.

Ground has already been broken on the Arden Oxmoor, located off of Shelbyville Road, not far from the Oxmoor Center mall.

The developer of the complex said it will have 308 units, including studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The units will be open-concept, with designer cabinetry, quartz countertops and private balconies.

Amenities include a saltwater pool, a clubhouse with co-working spaces, a 24-hour fitness center, a wellness spa with an infrared sauna, three courtyards with outdoor kitchens and TVs, a pet spa and a racquet club.

The developer was also behind the nearby Upton Oxmoor and Oxmoor Woods apartment complexes, all of which were built on land that was previously part of Oxmoor Farm.

"We see this project as an opportunity to expand on the incredible momentum we created with Upton Oxmoor which set the standard for modern, luxury apartment living in this area," Matt Lavin, CEO of NTS Capital, said in a news release Tuesday.

Arden Oxmoor is expected to open in the fall of 2026.
