LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Saturday night's hail left some homes and cars damaged in Louisville.

Some viewers say it was the size of quarters, and some even say the size of golf balls.

Sunday, we got a good look at some of the damage near Eastern Parkway and Bradley Avenue.

Some cars have dents in them, and some windows were broken out. Some homes were also impacted.

"It started out pea-sized hail and kept getting bigger. It got up to golf ball sized and I decided it was time to go back in the house," says Mike Jacobs.

"He was like, I don't know if that's hail or that's broken glass that's on the back of your car and I walked out here and there's golf-sized hail on the back of my car," says U of L student John Sida.

Neighbors who were impacted say they are already working on claims to send to their insurance agencies.
