LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Red Cross is helping an adult and three children after a house fire in Portland on Saturday night.

Louisville Fire was dispatched to a house fire in the 300 block of North 27th Street, near Slevin Street, around 7:38 p.m. Crews arrived on scene in two minutes and found a fire on the second floor.

One person in the home suffered a burn and was treated by EMS. It took 25 firefighters around 10 minutes to stop the fire.

Louisville Fire Capt. Donovan Sims said Red Cross was contacted to support an adult and three children after the fire.
