LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police activated an AMBER Alert for a missing 6-month-old.
The Hammond Police department, which is located near Chicago, requested the alert for Devaeyah Lucas-Bell. Lucas-Bell has black hair with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white shirt and brown pants. She was last seen Thursday at 4:20 a.m. and is believed to be in extreme danger.
Police are also looking for suspect 31-year-old Deandry Sabbs. Sabbs is six feet and two inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to drive a gray four-door Nissan sedan with unknown Illinois plates.
