LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Kentucky State Police is investigating after a woman was found dead on a hiking trail at Cumberland Falls Friday afternoon.

Kentucky State Police said 32-year-old Domnesha Scott, of Indiana, suffered a medical emergency while hiking on the Moonbow Trail in Whitley County, Kentucky, and died.

An autopsy is pending.
