LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- For the third time this week, a Louisville teen acquitted of killing his stepbrother is in trouble with the law.Â
Joshua Young was arrested twice Wednesday for public intoxication. According to a police report, just before midnight Wednesday Young was arrested at the Intown Suits on Preston Highway. Police say he admitted to snorting meth. He is charged with trespassing and public intoxication.
Earlier in the day neighbors in Okolona called 9-1-1 on a teen waving his arms in the middle of Kurtz Avenue trying to get into cars. Police say Young was so high he thought he was in Smoketown or Old Louisville.
Young was released from jail two weeks ago for assaulting his girlfriend. He was cited over the weekend for shoplifting at Walmart.
Young is expected to be arraigned on both of Wednesday's arrests Thursday morning.
