Kentucky Kingdom holds job fair in Louisville on Sunday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky Kingdom is searching for workers for the upcoming season.

The amusement park in Louisville will host a job fair from noon to 4 p.m. on Phillips Lane. There are more than 400 positions, including internship opportunities.

The first 150 applicants will get on-site interviews. Candidates must be at least 16 years old to apply.

"We have over 20 different positions available for those of all ages - anything ranging from bartender/food and beverage, security, life guarding, ride operations, merchandising, just anything you can think of - we operate like a small city here at Kentucky Kingdom," Emily Randall, recruiting manager for Kentucky Kingdom, said.

Pay ranges from $12 an hour to $20 an hour. Kentucky Kingdom opens for the season on May 11.
