Louisville police looking for endangered 37-year-old man

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police in Louisville are looking for a man who was last seen weeks ago.

Jorge Enrique Chala Diaz was last seen Jan. 17 and is missing from the 7200 block of Yorktown Road.

He was last seen wearing a tan Nike hoodie, light blue pants and white Nike shoes. Diaz is described as 5-foot-6-inches and 185 pounds.

Police said he was driving a grey 2016 KIA Soul with a temporary tag.

Family believe he may be suffering from health issues.
