LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A man convicted of hiding a dead body in his Old Louisville home is now out of prison.
The Kentucky Department of Corrections says Jeffrey Mundt will spend the rest of his time in a halfway house.
He was sentenced to eight years behind bars for helping his boyfriend bury the body in their home in 2009.
Joseph Banis is serving life in prison for killing James Carroll after a drug-fueled sex party.
Mundt had been on home incarceration awaiting trial and was immediately eligible for parole.
