LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man died in a single-vehicle crash Thursday night in Louisville's Highview neighborhood.
According to Louisville Metro Police, Sixth Division officers responded around 9:29 p.m. to a crash near South Watterson Trail and Stone Bluff Road, where a vehicle hit a tree.
When officers arrived, they found a man with severe injuries. Police, along with EMS and fire crews, provided aid at the scene before the man was taken to UofL Hospital.
He later died at the hospital, according to LMPD.
The department’s Traffic Unit is investigating.
