LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man lead police on a dramatic chase through Ohio in a semi stolen from Madison, Indiana.
Police say Joseph Horton was driving the truck stolen from Indiana. The incident report shows he admitted to throwing oil, hammers and other objects out the window to try to slow those chasing him.
The chase lasted about two hours and hit 66 miles per hour in a rural area before a deputy used stop sticks to flatten one of the truck's tires.
He finally gave himself up before being put into a deputy's cruiser.
