LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky is casting orders for a new license plate.
It features an 11 lb. 15 oz. world record smallmouth bass caught by David Hayes in Dale Hollow Lake in 1955.
The plate cost $25 and will be available in March.
Early signups are being taken until October 20.
