LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two survivors of an Indiana school shooting were honored during a Fourth of July parade on Wednesday.
Ella Whistler and Jason Seaman served as grand marshals of the parade in Noblesville.
Police say Whistler was shot seven times by a fellow student at the city's middle school in May. Science teacher Seaman is credited for stopping the shooter while taking 3 bullets.
Some people along the parade route yesterday carried signs that said "Ella strong" and "Noblesville strong," according to WRTV.
