LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Ohio Valley Wrestling produced its 1,000th TV episode Wednesday night in the heart of downtown Louisville.
A giant ring was built just for the event in the middle of Fourth Street Live! WDRB's own Gilbert Corsey was calling the action from ringside.
OVW is the longest-running professional wrestling series airing on local TV in the U.S. Some of the biggest names in professional wrestling all got their start on OVW-TV, like John Cena, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orten.Â
