LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana cemetery plagued with problems is up for auction.  The Grandview Memorial Gardens cemetery will be sold at a sheriff's sale next month.

River Valley Financial Bank foreclosed on the property.  Lawsuits against the cemetery filed in 2006 are still pending in court.

Seven bodies were exhumed several years ago to fix problems with waterlogged graves.

The cemetery has been plagued by a number of other problems, including arson and an audit by the attorney general's office.
