LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Someone parked a camper in the Ohio River in Evansville.
Video shows it parked on a sandbar.
Boats surrounded it on Thursday because concerned boaters were trying to see what was going on. The canopy of the camper was open.
No one knows who owns the trailer or how it got there.
Ten years ago, a truck parked in the same location prompted similar questions.
