LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Teachers at Greater Clark County Schools in Indiana could soon get a raise.
The school board will meet Thursday morning to discuss a tentative agreement with the union.
The new deal calls for teachers to get a minimum $2,500 raise this year and a $1,500 raise next school year.
There's also incentives for teachers who further their education or get additional certifications and licenses.
Last year, teachers got a $2,500 raise. The district used leftover COVID-19 money for the pay hikes.
