Attorneys in police pursuit trial call LMPD chief's testimony into question

During a trial about a 2021 police chase that ended in a deadly crash, Chief of Police Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel testified that despite an officer being disciplined for violating policy, it was the suspect fleeing from police caused who the accident.
