Judge upholds termination of Louisville detective who fired fatal shot in Breonna Taylor raid

Judge Melissa Bellows ruled on Friday that the Louisville Police Merit Board had "substantial evidence" on which to uphold the firing of Myles Cosgrove, who fired 16 shots into Taylor’s apartment during a March 13, 2020, police raid.
