Westward expansion of Waterfront Park will include 3,000-square-foot community center
A plot of land between 11th and Rowan streets near downtown Louisville will soon house a 3,000-square-foot community center, the latest addition to the westward expansion of Waterfront Park.

This Phase 4 expansion will eventually include an outdoor exercise area, an observation pier large enough for events, and picnic areas, among other things.
