LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - The owner of Funtown Mountain has been arrested for the second time in three days.
Will Russell was booked into Hart County Jail just after 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
He's charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and bribery of a public servant.
Russell, who also owns the WHYÂ Louisville stores, has been arrested four times since July. He was most recently arrested Thursday, charged with wanton endangerment for intentionally setting a fire inside his own home.
