LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Investigators with Louisville Metro Police are searching for a semi that left the scene of a crash early Monday morning. 

It happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 3000 block of Chamberlain Lane, according to a news release from LMPD spokesman Dwight Mitchell. That's where a woman driving a passenger vehicle crashed into the back of the semi. 

She was taken to UofL Hospital with injuries to her legs that aren't considered life-threatening, according to Mitchell. 

The driver of the semi left the scene.
