The mother of Logan Tipton said the state hasn't shown any consideration for her family.
The Tipton family told WDRB they have never spoken with the lawmaker proposing "Logan's Law," Representative T.J. Roberts, and are upset he used Logan’s story in messages asking for campaign donations.
Exantus, 42, was released from jail Oct. 1 after serving less than half of his 20-year prison sentence for stabbing 6-year-old Logan Tipton to death in 2015.
