“Today” show host Savannah Guthrie is pleading for the public’s help at “an hour of desperation” in the search for her missing mother. Guthrie and her family have posted a series of videos over the past week. The latest message came from Savannah Guthrie alone and struck a more bleak tone. She also didn’t address the kidnappers directly. The FBI says it hasn’t identified any suspects or persons of interest in the disappearance of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, who as last seen on Jan. 31 and needs daily medication. The sheriff’s office in Tucson, Arizona, says investigators plan to continue working in her neighborhood Tuesday as they expand the search.
