According to an arrest citation, Champelle Greene is accused of violating an active emergency protective order when she showed up to the victim's home May 28. 

A Louisville man was arrested and charged with animal cruelty Thursday after police said he allegedly set his dog on fire.

The warrant was not connected to animal abuse, but upon arriving at the home, officers found 19 dogs living in "extremely poor conditions."
