The Louisville-based healthcare company was given until Sept. 24 to make the  payment, according to a court filing. 

The Youngstown Shopping Center on 10th Street now has a new name.

The site was originally a Winn-Dixie, and then Walmart Neighborhood Market moved in, closing in 2018.

The location opened in 2005 and was the Cajun chain's flagship store.
