Carlos Alberto Bonilla-Canenguez is charged with two counts of murder and is currently awaiting extradition to Indiana.

The department posted a request for help on social media Monday morning.

Four people between the ages of 15 and 20 were shot, all of whom were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Walls said "a lot" of shots were fired.

Police said it was a targeted attack.

A former Clarksville Middle School teacher was arrested and is facing charges that include child solicitation and possession of child pornography.
