All lanes of Interstate 64 East opened Thursday morning at the Cochran Hill Tunnel after a fiery fatal crash Wednesday caused it to close for nearly 20 hours.

Officials said the collision involved five vehicles, including two semi-trucks, a garbage truck and two passenger vehicles.
I-64 westbound is currently scheduled to be closed until 4 p.m. at the I-264 interchange near St. Matthews to Grinstead Drive near Cherokee Park.
The interstate will be closed for two nights for a routine inspection of the Cochran Hill Tunnels.
