Racheal Flannery, the daycare worker accused of abusing babies in her care when she was employed by Vanguard Academy in Norton Commons, has pleaded not guilty to more than a dozen charges of abuse.

Judge Haner served as district court judge for almost eight years and is a former civil trial attorney. 

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has 60 days to appoint one of them to the position.
