The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Eviction Moratorium is set to expire on Saturday.

Although a federal order to stop evictions has been extended through June, some are still happening in Indiana.

The legislation, which passed Monday evening, is supposed to include billions of dollars for rental assistance and extend the eviction moratorium.
