Dare to Care is seeing a record demand for its resources, with one in seven adults facing food insecurity in Kentucky.
The updated plan comes after a triple shooting at last year's festival that killed 18-year-old Bryce Gerlach and left two others wounded.
Bryce Gerlach, a student at Corydon Central High School, was an innocent bystander who was shot and killed at Harvest Homecoming in New Albany in October.
Joshua Smith, Shermichael Smith and their roommate Darius Tuff are all facing murder and several other charges in the death of Bryce Gerlach, 18, and wounding of others. Another man has been charged with attempted murder.
The Louisville 20-year-old is behind bars, but is not charged with the murder of 18-year-old Bryce Gerlach.
Hagan is still recovering in the hospital.
Bryce Gerlach was a senior football player at Corydon Central.
