Last month, a Louisville hotel that provides housing support for people experiencing homelessness asked the city for a lifeline. Now, it is expected to close its doors within 30 days.

Construction began in March of 2025. The renovations were aimed at making the overnight shelter more modern and safer for guests. 

An anonymous donor offered a $500,000 challenge grant to help raise $1 million for the $58 million Community Care Campus in Louisville.
