A woman was arrested Sunday after police say she drove drunk and hit an Indiana University student riding on an electric scooter, killing him.
According to the university's crime logs, there have been more rapes reported to IUPD since August than what the department saw in all of 2018, or all of 2019.
Police say the only description they have of the suspect is that he was male.
