Owner Tracy Davenport was recently charged with two counts of theft in Floyd County and theft and fraud in Clark County.

A Louisville business owner is facing more than a year in prison for failing to pay federal income taxes, a crime that federal investigators said puts hundreds of people in jail annually for nearly $6 billion in fraud.
