Officers were called to the 3500 block of Parthenia Avenue just after 8 p.m. Friday on a reported shooting.

Fant has been scheduled to be sentenced on March 4, 2026.

The male juvenile is being charged with first-degree assault (complicity), second-degree assault (complicity) and first-degree wanton endangerment — discharge of a firearm.

Louisville Metro Police said Clarence McCutchen was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. 

Two people, including a teen girl, were hospitalized after a shooting in Louisville's Jacobs neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting remains under investigation.
