More items that used to belong to former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel and his wife Misty Noel are now up for auction.
On Aug. 26, Jamey Noel pleaded guilty to theft, obstruction of justice, tax evasion, money laundering, corrupt business influence and official misconduct.
Police also seized electronic records, including three Excel spreadsheets from Allegiant Travel Company containing approximately 35 itineraries for Jamey, Misty, and Kasey Noel.
Investigators are asking for records that show how the former Clark County sheriff paid for commercial airline tickets for his family and a former councilwoman who is also the mother of one of his children.
Attorney General Todd Rokita filed documents Friday to try to get back public funds Noel is accused of stealing to fund his lavish lifestyle.
Noel and his wife are also accused of taking out a nearly $84,000 loan in 2019 and making monthly payments with a fire department credit card.
