The Back to School Blitz allows students who attend schools with uniform requirements to shop for their outfits in one place.
JCPS's Clothing Assistance Program, also known as CAP, opened its warehouse Saturday for around 250 families.
CAP is a partnership between the district and the 15th District PTA to provide clothing, shoes and accessories to JCPS students and their families.
Josh Weber learned that unsold new shoes at his warehouse went to waste, soo he made sure they went to families in need instead.
The Clothing Blitz happens every year, thanks to the JCPS Clothing Assistance Program, with help from the 15th District PTA.
