An investigator for Louisville Metro's Office of Inspector General appeared in court Monday after allegedly shooting her boyfriend near the Heritage Creek neighborhood.

It happened last July at Pleasure Ridge Park High School.  

Allen's bond is $50,000 cash, which means he must come up with the entire amount. 

Brittany Richards, 30, is accused of grabbing a child's arm at a day care and slamming the victim on a table.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said an argument led to a fight during a preliminary hearing for a murder case Thursday.
