Timothy Garmany, 35, was indicted on Nov. 20 by a Jefferson County grand jury.

A 22-year-old Louisville man was indicted on two separate murder charges as he sits in jail charged in a third murder case.

Police said the child was found unconscious with trauma to her head and taken to Norton Children's Hospital in critical condition. 

Zeinab Abdi, 40, was arrested June 19 on charges of attempted murder and domestic violence.
