Kentucky Fish and Wildlife says the body of 19-year-old Marly Kinney from Ashland, Kentucky was found at 3:45 p.m. Sunday in Grayson Lake in Carter County. Kinney had been missing since Wednesday afternoon.
Officials said the case is expected to result in more than 700 criminal charges, including more than 100 felony counts against 25 people across six counties.
