Months after reports of bed bugs, mold, mice and other problems at the apartment community that houses mainly elderly and handicapped people, very little has been accomplished.

Dozens of residents of the apartments attended the meeting on Tuesday, but only eight people were given time to voice their complaints.

Lisa Osanka recently came under fire for the conditions at several city housing units, including Dosker Manor in downtown Louisville.

This week, residents of the downtown public housing complexes highlighted big problems within their apartments. 

Feces and maggots were also spotted inside the complex.

According to a news release, Marian Development Group has broken ground on the two communities, Lower Hunter's Trace and Crossings at Mill Creek.

The group said it is a tenant-led organization "dedicated to protecting and fighting alongside poor and working class tenants."
